Welcome

to the Exercise and Human Motor Performance Lab located within the Institute of Sports Science at the Saarland University.

The guiding principle of our lab is to advance interdisciplinary approaches as well as expand international contacts in research and teaching.

We are interested in applied and theoretical research in different fields of sport related activities. Our research is based on behavioral methods to investigate processes in motor learning and human movement performance. It is the goal of our lab to bridge the gap between theory and practice by implementing the acquired information in training and retraining protocols.

Undergraduate, graduate, and physical education classes provide a thorough insight into our current and former projects on motor learning and human motor performance.>
